I have always been athletic, mainly a runner, but I have literally never spent any time stretching. Over the last 2 years I have started attending Nic's yoga class, which to my own amazement, I LOVE! I expected to feel silly and totally out of my depth, but in fact I have made progress that I can see and feel, in a safe and friendly group setting. Its now been 2 years and I cannot imagine not having my weekly yoga session.
For anyone that hasn't tried yoga, is nervous about it or even just wants to do something with others in a safe environment, then I would totally say, "this is for you!"
