YOGA IN SPORT AND FOR ATHLETES
I use Yoga as an integral part of an athletes training to offer bespoke programmes. Classes are designed around range of movement restrictions brought on by the repetitive nature of sport. Working through breath work, spinal mobility, stability, flexibility and rest.
An absolute must for recovery and to improve performance.

I am a full member of Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP).
I trained with Sarah Ramsden who worked with Manchester City and Manchester United Football Clubs.
